LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS SAFETY ACT APPLICATION
in support of the U.S. Army, Navy, Coast Guard, and Air Force
The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) is a United States federal law, enacted in 2004, that allows two classes of persons - the "qualified Law Enforcement officer" and the "qualified retired or separated Law Enforcement officer" - to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States Territories, regardless of state or local laws, with certain exceptions.
U.S. Army
For all eligible U.S. Army Military Police, CID, CI, and USA Civilian Police.
U.S. Navy
For all eligible U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms and USN Civilian Police.
U.S. Coast Guard
For all eligible U.S. Coast Guard Boarding Officers, CG Police Officers, CG Security Forces Officers, and CGIS Special Agents.
U.S. Air Force
For all eligible U.S. Air Force Air Police, Security Police, Security Forces, and USAF Civilian Police.
Mississippi Association of Chiefs of Police
For all eligible Retired or Separated Police Officers residing in Mississippi.
